What does holistic skin revision mean?

Holistic is the use without harsh topicals or prescription medications such as Accutane that provide more harmful long-term health effects than good. Taking a holistic approach to skincare means looking at the overall health of the body, not just the skin. What goes in the mind and body shows up in your skin. Getting to the root cause of the issue, not suppressing it. Get long-term and better results with a holistic approach aesthetician.

How do I know what service to schedule?

Please purchase an online skin care consultation and receive a tailored treatment + home care plan based on your skin needs and concerns.

Can I bring my toddler/kid to my appointment?

Babies and kids are more than welcome to sit during your service time.

How can I purchase DMK skincare through you?

You must be an existing client of mine to purchase DMK skincare.

If you are an existing client and need to purchase DMK skincare, please click on the shop tab above and enter the page password. If you do not know the password, text me at (480) 797-0257 and I will provide it.

What if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?

Luxe Skin Bar reserves the right to terminate clients from our practice if they cancel or reschedule a minimum of 2 consecutive appointments without any refunds.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

I do not offer exchanges or return/refunds on services, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, shipping fees, no-call no-shows, or cancellation / rescheduling fees.

Once a skin care product leaves my clinic, it cannot be returned under any circumstance.

In the event you have received damaged or faulty product(s) directly from my clinic, please contact me by text within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) with pictures or video proof of the product at (480) 797-0257 for further assistance.

Luxe Skin Bar is not responsible for damaged, lost, or faulty products received from online drop-shipping.

What if I am sick, have a family emergency, or can no longer afford my service and need to cancel my appointment?

Unfortunately, even if you are sick, have a family emergency, or suddenly cannot afford your service anymore and need to cancel less than the 5-day cancellation period prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date you will still be charged for your appointment cancellation. All clients are subject to cancellation and rescheduling fees with no exceptions.

What if I don’t pay my cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee(s)?

If the fees are unable to be submitted to the saved credit card on file due to the card being removed, turned off from submitting payments, invalid, or insufficient funds, you will be sent an invoice for the amount due. You will be sent a 30-day demand letter via mail by USPS to pay the invoice in full. If the invoice is not submitted after the 30-day period, your information and debt owed to Luxe Skin Bar LLC will be submitted to Arizona Small Claims Court and you will be banned indefinitely from future bookings. All clients with un-submitted past due invoices will be held responsible for paying all USPS mailing, court filing, and processing server fees in court.

A 10% interest rate will be applied monthly to unpaid invoices.

What if I don’t want my card on file to schedule an appointment?

In order to schedule an appointment at Luxe Skin Bar, a valid credit card on file is required at all times.

The credit card on file is required for late cancellations, short notice rescheduling, no-call no-shows, and clients that arrive 10 mins or more late to their appointment. A credit card on file is also required for your 50% deposit.

If you wish to not have a credit card on file, you will not be allowed to schedule any appointments until a valid credit card is provided.

What is the 50% deposit fee?

Your non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit secures your appointment. You will owe this deposit upon scheduling your appointment.

Once the deposit fee is submitted your appointment will be accepted. After your service has been rendered you will pay the remaining amount of the service fee.

If you cancel your appointment at any time and have submitted your deposit, the deposit fee will be forfeited. Your deposit fee is only applied to the scheduled service and cannot be used as a credit for other treatments or skincare products.

Can I bring my kid in for a facial?

Of course, but they must be at least 13 years young and can only book facial services with parental supervision.
