2025 Terms and Policies

Retainer – Luxe Skin Bar requires a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer of 50% of the total service fee to secure all appointments. This retainer will be applied toward the final cost of the scheduled service. Upon submitting an appointment request, the credit card provided will be charged for the 50% retainer. The successful processing of the retainer serves as confirmation of your appointment. The remaining balance will be due once the service has been rendered. Please note that cancellations at any time will result in the forfeiture of the 50% retainer.

Rescheduling + Cancelling – Clients must contact Kristie at Luxe Skin Bar via text at (480) 797-0257, Monday–Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to request appointment changes. Requests made on weekends will not be accepted and will be addressed on the next business day. To avoid any fees, rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least six business days prior to the scheduled appointment date. Appointments rescheduled five business days or less before the scheduled date will incur a non-refundable and non-transferable $50.00 inconvenience fee, which does not apply toward the service total. The rescheduling fee will apply each time an appointment is adjusted. If a new appointment date is not confirmed promptly following a rescheduling request, the appointment may be canceled and a new 50% retainer will be required to book again. Cancellations made five business days or less will result in a fee equal to the remaining balance of the service. Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will require payment of the remaining service balance, along with a new 50% retainer to rebook. Luxe Skin Bar reserves the right to pause or discontinue services for clients who reschedule or cancel three or more consecutive appointments.

Tardiness – To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly request that clients arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If a client arrives 10 minutes late without prior notice, the client will owe a non-refundable, non-transferable $15 inconvenience fee. This fee does not contribute toward the service cost. If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the appointment will be cancelled, and the client will owe a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the scheduled service. A new 50% retainer will be required to rebook. Please note that all appointments begin and end on time to respect the schedules of all clients. Late arrivals may result in shortened service times, and the client will be responsible for the full service fee.

No-Call No-Show – To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, Luxe Skin Bar has a strict no-call no-show policy. If a client misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the service will be applied, and future booking privileges may be revoked. In cases where the cancellation fee cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, a deactivated card, or removal of the card on file, an invoice will be sent for the amount due. If the invoice remains unpaid by the due date, Luxe Skin Bar reserves the right to pursue further action, which may include filing the outstanding balance with small claims court.

Secured Payment Method – All clients are required to maintain a secured and valid credit card on file within their Vagaro profile when scheduling appointments with Luxe Skin Bar. By scheduling an appointment, clients authorize Luxe Skin Bar to charge the card on file for any applicable fees, including but not limited to retainer fees, cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, and no-show fees. If a client removes their saved credit card from their Vagaro profile, all scheduled appointments will be canceled with prior notice. If the removal occurs within five business days of a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be issued an invoice for the full amount due. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their payment information remains current and accurate to avoid disruptions to their scheduled services.

Media Usage – By working with or being serviced by Luxe Skin Bar, clients automatically give their consent for Luxe Skin Bar to capture and use photos and/or videos for marketing, advertising, documentation, and educational purposes. This may include use on social media, the website, and other promotional platforms. The client understands that these images may feature their likeness, including facial features and treatment areas, and waives any right to inspect or approve the final content. The client acknowledges that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media. If the client wishes to opt out of having their images posted, they may submit a written request to Luxe Skin Bar, and their wishes will be respected moving forward. However, previously published content may remain in use.

Returns + Exchanges – Luxe Skin Bar does not offer refunds or exchanges for services, gift cards, or policy fees. If a client receives a damaged or faulty product, please contact Kristie at Luxe Skin Bar as soon as possible by text at (480) 797-0257 for assistance.


Order processing and shipping  – All online product orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clients will receive a tracking number and/or order number upon shipment. It is the client’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and current shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to have the package redelivered to the correct address. After a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, liability for loss or theft transfers to the client. Clients are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location to prevent such incidents. Luxe Skin Bar is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. 

Chargebacks & Disputes – Clients are responsible for promptly settling all fees, including retainer fees, service balances, and product orders. Failure to remit payment will result in the issuance of an invoice and a 30-day demand letter. If payment is not received within 30 days, a 10% monthly interest fee will be applied. Unpaid debts may be submitted to small claims court, where the client will be liable for all associated costs, including interest, court filing fees, mailing, and service fees. Chargebacks are taken seriously. In the event of a dispute, Luxe Skin Bar will provide all relevant documentation, including client intake forms, communication records, and policy agreements, to the financial institution handling the chargeback. Clients are advised to review and agree to Luxe Skin Bar’s policies before scheduling appointments. If a client disagrees with these policies, they should refrain from booking services.

By booking an appointment or placing an order with Luxe Skin Bar, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by all established policies and terms. Luxe Skin Bar reserves the right to enforce these policies at its discretion.
