Luxe Skin Bar Policies

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

In order to cancel and reschedule your appointment, you will need to contact me directly at 480.797.0257 Mon-Fri 10:00am - 5:00pm.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling requests received over the weekend for an appointment scheduled that following Wednesday will result in a non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation or rescheduling fee.

 

All requested cancellations or reschedulings will be processed Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm.

Hours may differ for holidays.


CANCELLATION AND / OR RESCHEDULING REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

 

Appointments cancelled 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the original service price. Appointments rescheduled 72 hours or less  prior to the schedule appointment calendar date / rescheduling requests received on weekends for the following Wednesday will result in a $55.00 inconvenience rescheduling fee.

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

As a result of the clients' card unable to submit these fees or removed from their file, the client will be sent an invoice for the amount due. The client will have 48 hours to submit these fees in full. If they are not submitted in full, it will be sent to credit and collections and the client will be banned from booking with Luxe Skin Bar.

We reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments.

Appointmnt Confirmation

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Vagaro automatically sends out a confirmation text and email to the number and email attached to the clients' file 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
 

If the client does not confirm of their appointment 72 hours in advance, I will make 3 attempts to contact the client, if the client does not respond within these 3 attempts to confirm of their appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

Luxe Skin Bar is not responsible for any appointments made that are forgotten about. If the appointment is made and the client forgets and needs to cancel or reschedule less than the 72 hour cancellation / rescheduling period, the client will still be required to pay 100% of the service fee or the $55.00 rescheduling fee.

No Call No show

NO CALL - NO SHOW

No call no shows are not tolerated.

 

The client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file and will be banned indefinitely from Luxe Skin Bar. 

As a result of the clients' card being turned off from taking payments, removed from their file, or is unable to submit fee due to insufficient funds, the client will be sent an invoice for the amount due.

If the fee is not paid by the due date of the invoice, it will be sent to collections and the client will be banned indefinitely from Luxe Skin Bar.

Late Arrival

LATE ARRIVAL

All clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early for their appointment. All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
 

If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the client will be still be required to pay full price.

If a client is 10 minutes late to their appointment, they will be charged an inconvenience late fee of $25.00.

If a client is 15 minutes late or more to their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule and it will be considered a cancellation - resulting in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

Card On File

CARD ON FILE

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file when scheduling an appointment with Luxe Skin Bar.

If a client wishes to not have a card on file, the client will not be allowed to schedule any appointments with Luxe Skin Bar until further notice.

 

In the event that a client removes their card from their file, any and all appointments made will be cancelled. If the client removes their card from their file 72 hours or less from the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be sent an invoice for the amount due.

New Client Intake Form

NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORUM

All clients are required to fill out, complete, and sign a new client intake form prior to their scheduled appointment.
 

All clients will be required to agree to Luxe Skin Bars policies. If the client does not agree to these policies, they will not be allowed to book any appointments until further notice.

All clients are required to answer the new client intake form truthfully and to state any health conditions, medications, or allergies they have to avoid any reaction to products used on them during or after their service.

 

Luxe Skin Bar will not be responsible for any undisclosed health conditions, medications, or allergies.

Covid-19 Cancelling and Rescheduling

COVID-19 CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

In the event of a client who wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment less than our 48 hour cancellation / rescheduling period due to Covid-19, sick, flu, or the cold, the client will still be charged a 100% cancellation fee or $55.00 rescheduling fee. 

The fee can be refunded if the client provides proof of a positive covid test to Luxe Skin Bar 24 hours after the clients scheduled appointment. If the proof of testing is not submitted to Luxe Skin Bar within 24 hours after the appointment, the client will no longer be refunded the cancellation fee or rescheduling fee. This policy also applies to acne bootcamp clients.

We ask that if you start feeling sick or if you were exposed to Covid-19, to please let us know as soon as possible.

Deposits

DEPOSITS

All clients will be required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of the service price upon scheduling.

This deposit will go towards the service fee and the remaining amount will be paid after the service is rendered.

Once the client has requested an appointment, the card on file will be charged the deposit fee. If the fee is unable to submit, the appointment will not be accepted until the fee is able to submit.

All clients are responsible for making sure all their personal information is correct and up to date on their profile on Vagaro. This includes phone number and email.

Luxe Skin Bar is solely a professional business and does not schedule appointments for clients without their consent.

If a client forgets about their appointment and wishes to cancel or reschedule less than our 48 hour cancellation / rescheduling period, the client will still be required to pay the 100% cancellation fee or $55.00 rescheduling fee in full.

Luxe Skin Bar does not offer refunds or exchanges for product, services, memberships, packages, or gift cards under any circumstance.

All virtual consults will be required to submit the full service fee upon scheduling the appointment.

Returns and Exchanges

Luxe Skin Bar does not accept returns or exchanges for product, services, memberships, packages, gift cards / gift certificates, or vouchers under any circumstance. Once product leaves our clinic, it can not be returned or exchanged.
