The skin consultation and custom skin regimen are foundational to providing high-quality, effective skincare solutions. By taking the time to understand each client's unique skin needs, I ensure that every treatment is both personalized and impactful, leading to healthier, more radiant skin. I ensure all new clients are set up for skin clearing success through a in-depth consultation reviewing the clients skin health, concerns, goals, lifestyle, diet, and environmental factors. This 360 approach to treating skin ensures real, long term results and that there is no confusion regarding how I achieve results. We will work closely over the months to achieve your dream skin. In order to work with me, all clients must complete the consultation and begin a custom skin regimen.

Luxe Skin Bars curated collection of skin care are dermatological grade and results-driven – you will see and feel a positive difference in your skin. I treat a variety of skin concerns such as acne, aging, scarring, rosacea, and pigmentation. Your products will be strong enough to address and treat your concerns while maintaining or creating balance. Your regimen and products will be carefully chosen and tailored to your skin only – no regimen is ever the same.

Regimen and product costs vary by client and the severity of their skin condition. I suggest budgeting around $500 for the initial routine purchase. A full routine will consist of cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizer, and SPF. You will need to discontinue use of all other products while working closely with your aesthetician.

We will stay in contact via text. I encourage all new clients on a skin regimen to update me via text bi-weekly until the desired results have been achieved.

No. Once you submit your consultation fee, there are no additional fees for check-ins.

Retainer & Appointment Confirmation
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure all appointments.
Successful processing of the retainer confirms your appointment.
The remaining balance is due after the service is rendered.
Cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To avoid fees, reschedule or cancel at least 6 business days before your appointment.
Changes made 5 business days or less before the appointment incur a $50 fee.
Cancellations within this timeframe require payment of the remaining service balance.
Same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and requires a new 50% retainer to rebook.
Frequent rescheduling or cancellations (3 or more consecutive times) may lead to service discontinuation.
Tardiness
Arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Arrivals 10 minutes late without notice incur a $15 fee.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be cancelled, resulting in the remaining service balance to be due and a new 50% retainer required to rebook.
No-Call No-Show
Missing an appointment without prior notice results in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining service balance.
Future booking privileges may be revoked.
Payment Method
A valid credit card must be on file in your Vagaro profile.
Removing the card will cancel all appointments.
If removal occurs within 5 business days of an appointment, the full amount will be invoiced.
Media Usage
By receiving services, you consent to Luxe Skin Bar using photos/videos for marketing and educational purposes.
To opt out, submit a written request.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges for services, gift cards, or policy fees.

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid additional fees.
Luxe Skin Bar is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are responsible for promptly settling all fees.
Unpaid debts may be submitted to small claims court, with the client liable for associated costs.
